i finished reading blocked on wattpad today yeeeee. i'm taking up reconnected now as i can't wait for this.

5 seconds of summer's new song came out today and it's so fucking good. it's like this song is the total anthem of my summer, hell yeah.

i missed the premiere on bbc radio 1 but i got to hear it just as it was uploaded on youtube and i know that people first thought it was going to be sexist because of the title of the song - she's kinda hot. this song though, is the opposite of sexist. this song is about the misfit kids, it's about people not believing in 5 seconds of summer and thinking they were a boy band because they toured with one direction. no. this band has now officially proven that they are a pop punk/pop rock band just like all the others everybody loves, like all time low, weezer and sum41 and blink-182. this new song is so promising and as from what i've heard - the new album is coming out in fall, november probably (luke said so in an interview thing) and i honestly can't wait.

just as somebody said on tumblr: 'permanent vacation' and 'she's kinda hot' are not about girls and the boys having their way with them at all as the first album was. these two songs are what any kind of pop punk band would actually make. also, since the band wrote this song with the madden brothers, no wonder it's hella good. i've loved good charlotte and the madden brothers since a v long time.

i can't really explain how much i love this song. i love so much about it and i love how this is the perfect summer song for the people who love this kind of music. i sure do. i've loved 5 seconds of summer for quite a while now and i'm so proud of where they have come.

also, paramore are going to be on a guitar hero set list, how fucking awesome is that!!!!!!

today's song choice is obviously 5 seconds of summer's "she's kinda hot".

we are the kings and the queens of the new broken scene, yeah, we're alright though.
