today i basically woke up in the morning and my uncle ushered everyone to get ready so we could go to the sheep festival thing. i don't even know what time it was when i woke up but we left three-ish.
i haven't read anything today because of the festival although we spent only around two hours there but the drive was like an hour-ish there and an hour-ish back, so four hours of the day gone, plus the ones that i spent sleeping in. oopsies.
i have around two hundred pages read on the selection and i plan on finishing it today and picking up the elite right away. this story is very intriguing and it really reminds me of the tv show called the bachelor/the bachelorette because i fuckin' hate these shows. they're so cheesy and why the hell would people even go there? are they really that desperate? smh.
i guess that when you've read only around thirty pages of the selection then it's quite clear why the second book is called the elite and the third one is called the one because it's just that obvious what's gonna happen with the series. not that it would've been obvious before.
so yeah.
