28 - the selection (three)

i have not read today and i apologize if this post will be shit because i can't express my book feelings. sorry to be a disappointment in that department.

however

i feel incredibly inspired to continue one of my writings after watching the j. k. rowling film, the one about her life before the harry potter success. it was called magic beyond words: the j. k. rowling story. i absolutely loved it and since she was writing on paper, i feel like i need to do that more because you'll never know if the computer is gonna erase all your material, right?

i have an idea of entering a writing contest for new writers to get a publishing deal and i'm not sure if i should do it or not. i'm not sure if my writing in estonian would be as good because i haven't actually written in estonian in a very very long time. the last time i did something in the literary world in estonian was probably when i started to translate a story called backfire by bel watson on wattpad. i never got further.

so, i'm excited because i want to try out and i have a lot of ideas in store. including a story that i once published the first chapter of. i really want to do a dystopian story because there aren't really any estonian authors who do dystopian stories and i'm very intrigued in those.

so yeah, what do you guys think? should i enter?
