118 - may '16 book haul

hey! today will be a bit of a different form of haul from what i usually do. i'm doing my wrap-up in a separate post because may isn't finished yet, obviously, and i don't have any idea what i'm going to read for the next ten days. all i know is that i'm currently reading beautiful disaster by jamie mcguire and i can not believe that this was a 'twilight' fan fiction before it was published physically.

there are two books missing from this book haul, so i'm using a photo by readhotreviews, will be credited right under the.photo itself.

i also apologize for the lighting on my photos and i'm too lazy to edit them. i just have a filter on the camera app on the photos, that's all.

here's the book haul pretty much, here we go:

i put the sticky notes to the places where a new story begins, there's so damn many of them holy shit. excited to read it though! especially bel watson's :3

i picked these two books up on a complete whim when there was a 'get two books for 6€' campaign thing. so i chose these two out of the piles and piles of books. super excited to get to 'room' though! i love those covers so much as well.

 Les Misérables by Victor Hugo
Translated into Estonian, third and last instalment

me and my aunt have been searching for this for a while from this one thrift shop/charity shop that sells old books for fifty cents and it's quite a bargain, if i say so myself. finally found it when i went there with my best friend!

i've been meaning to get this book for a while because i've owned the sequel to this for quite a bit of time and when it arrived... the spine of this very copy had all like the protective tape thing scratched. wtf gallery or krisostomus :(

this was quite a random pickup as well, since it's a third book in a series. i own the first book, and now the third book, so i'm missing the second one in the middle which kind of sucks. this book was on sale though, so who am i to complain. i'll just pick up the second one when i find it.

i've been waiting for these two to arrive in so long and i'm getting them next week! i've heard so many good things about the first book and then the second came out and everyone loves this one even more than the first one, so i'm super excited to get my hands on these two! this is a photo i found on instagram since i don't have them in my possession just yet. but they are the u.s. hardcovers published by bloomsbury.

+ ACOTAR and ACOMAF! this is my book haul for the month of may! i thought i got way more books but this isn't bad actually. it's a lot less than what i used to get in a month, so i've been good at reducing the amount of books that i buy. the sarah j. maas books were lightly more on the pricey side because they're hardcovers and fairly new releases but i'm very sure i'll love them a lot since they're retellings and fantasy - what more could you want in a book?

today's song choice is sum 41's 'pieces' because i love this song s o  m u c h.

until next time

x o
